Horseshoe Springs Campground, San Juan and Jemez Mountains, New Mexico

A number of folks stay at this campground through their tour to Fenton Lake State Park. It's been too long since you went outside, and Horseshoe Springs Campground in New Mexico is precisely what you need. During the summertime months at Horseshoe Springs Campground highs are usually in the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. Horseshoe Springs Campground without first checking out Tent Rocks. At Horseshoe Springs Campground you don’t see much rain; August is when you get the most rain here while April is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
Some of the things you can do here at Horseshoe Springs Campground are whitewater paddling, and hiking, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen. And that's not everything you can do here in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. Going for a hike along the Redonda Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area, and Pajarito Mountain is a tremendous local ski area. This campground is so great. Cebollita Mesa is simple to spot from Horseshoe Springs Campground; Water Canyon is close at hand, and is a splendid spot.
Fenton Lake State Park is a great place to check out on a beautiful day, and you can have a tremendous hiking adventure along the Perchas Trail. The views at Bandelier National Monument will blow your mind. This is a great campground. Horseshoe Springs Campground is right by the Bland Bear Springs Trail, and get your pulse rate up on the good whitewater of Jemez River.
