    7 great ski lifts serve the 58 ski slopes at Red River. Taos is a perfect ski mountain, everybody likes it. 49% of the trails are beginner and intermediate and appropriate for young ones and novices. The rest of the 1,294 acres of
  skiable land, 51%, consists of red and black trails. 25 feet of snow fall every year on the 110 trails of Taos. This close by ski mountain has an altitude difference of 2,612 feet and has 13 lifts. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Twining Blue Lake Trail, and if you're stopping by from Cerro, you won't be the only one. Man, is there lots of fun things to do in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains.
