EV Long Campground, Sangre De Cristo Mountains, New Mexico Custom Search   This camp ground is one of the delightful places to camp here in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains. Outdoors recreation is abundant, some of the entertaining stuff you can do is whitewater paddling, hiking, swimming, and fishing, so you won’t get bored. EV Long Campground gets very little rain; the month with most of the rain is July, and the driest month of the year is January. Camping out sure is a pleasant thing to do; EV Long Campground in New Mexico is exactly what you need. Some folks stay at this campground when they come to check out Storrie Lake     State Park. This campground is a charming place to check out. EV Long Campground is close to Canovas Canyon which is undeniably worth going to; lovely scenery and splendid skiing is what you get at Ski Santa Fe. Just can't get enough of the Sangre De Cristo Mountains. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Pecos River, and when you're here it's always fun to take a look at Morphy Lake State Park. Do check out Peterson Reservoir near EV Long Campground, it's a lovely lake, and lots of folks from Montezuma come here. Storrie Lake State Park is both brilliant and lovely, and it's near EV Long Campground, and do take a hike on the Gascon Trail. It's totally impossible to run out of exciting stuff to do next to EV Long Campground; it's always fun being here. Man, is there a heap of amusing   things to do in close proximity to EV Long Campground. The fine variety of local attractions and all the outdoors recreation are sure to keep you coming back time and again. During the months of summer highs here at EV Long Campground reach the 70's. Summer overnight lows descend down to the 40's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 40's while EV Long Campground nighttime low temperatures all through the wintertime are in the 10's.
