Everyone enjoys Taos and its 1,294 acres of skiable territory. 49% of the slopes are blue and green while 51% of them are black and red and well suited for expert skiers. 25 feet of beautiful snow fall per season on the 2,612-foot vertical drop of Taos, the nearby ski mountain. Taos has 110 slopes and 13 good ski lifts. A tour to Elephant Rock Campground wouldn’t be complete without a trip to close by Cimarron Canyon State Park; while you're here you will meet lots of folks from nearby Cerro.
