Such a fine choice of attractions and all the outdoors recreation are wonderful motives to come. Devisadero Peak is uncomplicated to spot from El Nogal Campground; places like Coyote Creek State Park are great to take a look at.
El Nogal Campground is esteemed by residents of Taos Ski Valley. You can never get enough of the brilliant skiing at Sipapu Ski; there are splendid places to discover along the Simpson Memorial Trail.

at El Nogal Campground if you go for the outdoors. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Rio Pueblo de Taos, and good hiking is available along the Comales Sheep Driveway. There is so much cool stuff right next door to El Nogal Campground, and campgrounds like these are tremendous.
| This is such a scenic campground. You'll meet a lot of people from Taos Ski Valley here, and a nice place to check out close by is Acequia Madre Del Norte Del Canon.
Ok, you've been cooped up too long, you've gotta get out, and El Nogal Campground in New Mexico is a tremendous location to go. There's so much to do at El Nogal Campground including whitewater paddling, hiking, swimming, and fishing, so you won’t get bored. Don't leave El Nogal Campground without first going for a hike along the North End Trail; Cimarron Canyon State Park is a good site.

El Nogal Campground gets very little rainfall; most of the rain falls through August, and the driest month of the year is January. This campground is always a pleasure. There are some great whitewater spots on Rio Grande; going for a hike on the Devisadero Peak Loop Trail is always
a pleasant adventure.
For the period of the warmest time of the year at El Nogal Campground temperatures are usually in the 80's with nighttime lows in the 40's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to El Nogal Campground. Lakes? Sure, Talpa Reservoir is around here, and you can go for a hike on the Kit Carson Trail.
