Cuchillo De Medio Campground, Sangre De Cristo Mountains, New Mexico

  Cuchillo De Medio Campground is a very popular campground among visitors from Valdez. This campground is a good place to stop by. In the event that you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Red River, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Number 3 Lift Trail. Cow Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop by. Head up to Taos and strap some skis to your feet, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Devisadero Peak Loop Trail.

    De Cristo Mountains. So much enjoyable stuff to do here in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains, too magnificent to be true. Take a hike on the Simpson Memorial Trail; don't leave without stopping by Cimarron Canyon State Park.
