During the long summer days here at Comales Campground, high temperatures ordinarily get into the 80's with night lows in the 40's. some flowing water nearby, Indian Creek is a stream you can stop by during your stay, and glide down the rapids of Rio Pueblo de Taos in a kayak. Among the things you can do near Comales Campground are hiking, and whitewater paddling, so you won’t run out of things to do. There's no way anyone can get bored here in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Rio Grande, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Comales Sheep Driveway.
It is very waterless here at Comales Campground frequently; August is the month that gets the most rain while January is usually the driest month. Yep, outdoors exciting things truly is abundant here in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains. Hiking along the Osha Trail is good fun, and Coyote Creek State Park is a splendid site to stretch your legs a bit. It's really unhealthy to be in a building every day; you need to get out from time to time, and Comales Campground in New Mexico is the outdoors at its most excellent.
This campground is so perfect. Take a hike on the North End Trail, and Comales Campground is close to Morphy Lake State Park which is a scenic location.
