Capulin Campground, New Mexico

  Going for a camping trip here in New Mexico is something you have to do. Capulin Campground is a very popular old favorite campground among folks from Taos Ski Valley.
There's such a large number of things to do near Capulin Campground; camping is such an enjoyable activity, and this is a pleasant place to do that. There are magnificent places to explore along the Kit Carson Trail.
This is such a fun place for a campground. If you're going to Capulin Campground from Taos Ski Valley, you won't be the only one; going for a hike on the Simpson Memorial
    Trail is always a glorious adventure. Such a nice pick of attractions and all the outdoors recreation are splendid reasons to come.
There's a heap of outdoors recreation available in the vicinity such as hiking, and whitewater paddling, so there's absolutely no way to get bored.
This place, Capulin Campground, it completely has so much outdoors enjoyable stuff. Head up to Taos and strap some skis to your feet, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Rio Pueblo de Taos.
Near Capulin Campground you hit upon the Devisadero Peak Loop Trail which is a nice hiking trail, and a wonderful site like Coyote Creek State Park is too magnificent to leave out. How long has it been since you went for a camping trip? Capulin Campground in New Mexico is the outdoors at its most excellent. All through the summer, highs usually are in the 80's
 
at Capulin Campground. Summer nighttime lows sink down to the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's; during the dark hours in the winter at Capulin Campground temperatures sink to the 0's.
Suazo Canyon is close to Capulin Campground and is a good place, and there are some pleasant whitewater spots on Rio Grande. This campground is always a joy. Looking for a wonderful spree? Fort Union National Monument is rather in the neighborhood of Capulin Campground; there's whitewater on Red River for all you thrill seekers.
The sight of delightful Cerrito Colorado near Capulin Campground is pleasant, and you can go for a hike on the Burnt Ridge Trail. Don't leave Capulin Campground without first going for a hike along the North End Trail, and visiting Cimarron Canyon State Park is a splendid thing to do. It is very dry here at Capulin Campground ordinarily; most of the rain falls during August, and the driest of the months is January.
