  First time we camped at Wakeda, hosts were very helpful, and the grounds and bathroooms were clean and pleasant. It was the end of the season so the place was nearly empty. I would like to return when everything is open, maybe next summer. Says Nadine Mayo

If you like the outdoors, you won’t be dissatisfied; there's fishing, playing golf, swimming, and whitewater paddling, so running out of entertaining stuff to do won’t happen. A charming lake like Judes Pond in close proximity to Wakeda Campground is a nice location to stop at; if you like
    swamps you're in luck, The Gove is right nearby. Boston Harbor Islands National Recreation Area is a great place in the neighborhood of Wakeda Campground. Wakeda Campground is extremely well liked by the folks from Hampton Falls.
This is a tremendous campground. If you're here
at Wakeda Campground and you like golf, you can stop by Portsmouth Country Club, and Little River is a tremendous whitewater spot close by. This section of New Hampshire is always a pleasure to stop by all through camping season. All the water falling down from the sky makes Wakeda Campground a wet place; during November this area sees the most rain; the driest of the months is January.
Scores of folks stay here for the purpose of being in close proximity to Maudslay State Park.
Quite a lot of fun things to do near Wakeda Campground; it's one of those
 
places where everything is splendid. This site is unbeatable, just look at all the entertaining stuff to do right next door to Wakeda Campground. Don't forget to take a fine little trip to Dearborn Brook, and get your pulse rate up on the glorious whitewater of Atlantic Ocean. Summertime highs at Wakeda Campground ordinarily tend to be in the 80's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's; overnight lows during the winter for Wakeda Campground tend to be in the 10's.
This campground is so tremendous. Wakeda Campground is a site with many visitors from Hampton Falls; you without doubt have to pop by Maudslay State Park while you're here.
Georgetown-Rowley State Forest is both great and pretty, and it's in close proximity to Wakeda Campground, and at Wakeda Campground you can catch a glimpse of Munt Hill.
A perfect site for whitewater paddling next to Wakeda Campground is Great Works River, and you can spend the day on the beach at Salisbury Beach. Gotta ski! Bradford is a splendid spot to do that; right next door to Wakeda Campground you discover a golf course called Breakfast Hill Golf Club. Alright, you've been cooped up for too much time, now's the time for going camping; Wakeda Campground in New Hampshire is precisely what you need.
