The high level of precipitation makes Three Ponds Campground a reasonably wet place; of all the months in a year November is the one with the most rain; the driest of the months is January. All the outdoors entertaining stuff next to Three Ponds Campground will keep you coming back over and over. You're sure to run into some wonderful people from Epping here, and paddling on Little Suncook is so much fun. The delightful local attractions and such a vast number of things to do are certain to keep you coming back persistently. | |

Three Ponds Campground is a very popular campground among visitors from Epping. Redoak Hill is clearly visible from Three Ponds Campground, and Smith State Forest is a great local forest. Glide down the rapids of Suncook River in a kayak; if you're looking for some flowing
water? Try Rollins Brook. This campground is so pleasant. A great location like Pawtuckaway State Park next to Three Ponds Campground is too fine to leave out, and there is a fine hiking trail nearby called the Campground Trail. Bradford is a very popular ski area nearby;
nearby you discover the Broken Boulder Smith Pond Trail which is a tremendous hiking trail. A visit to Maudslay State Park when you're here at Three Ponds Campground is a nice idea, and whitewater paddling is nice on Little River. For the duration of the warm days of summer
at Three Ponds Campground highs are mostly in the 80's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 30's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Three Ponds Campground sink into the 10's.
