Don't forget to take a look at Boulder Cove if you're here at Escambuit Campground, and Bond Hill is clearly visible from Escambuit Campground. Boston Harbor Islands National Recreation Area is one of the destinations right next door to Escambuit Campground that are perfect to go to, and a great place like Lowell-Dracut-Tyngsboro State Forest is too delightful to leave out.

| Heritage State Park. A campground like this is too great to miss. Drew Brook is one of the streams nearby that might be worth visiting, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Campground Trail.
