If you're here at Escambuit Campground and you like golf, you can pop by Atkinson Country Club, and close by you find the Catamount Trail which is a delightful hiking trail. Going for a hike on the Onemile Trail is always a splendid adventure; a journey to Lawrence Heritage State Park is a perfect idea.

For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 50's. In case you don’t mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Concord River; the Broken Boulder
Smith Pond Trail is a glorious hiking trail close by. This campground is always a bliss. Enjoy a round of golf at Applewood Golf Links not far from Escambuit Campground; don't miss out on a trip to Boston Harbor Islands National Recreation Area if you're here.
This is such
a pretty campground. Get soaked paddling on Little Suncook, and Windham Country Club is a good golf course nearby. Escambuit Campground gets a normal amount of rainfall; all through the month of November you get the most rain around here, and January on the other hand is the driest.
There is so much exciting stuff to do in the vicinity of Escambuit Campground, and spending time at this campground is incredibly fun.
Going to Lowell-Dracut-Tyngsboro State Forest next to Escambuit Campground is a good thing to do, and a good view of delightful Bond Hill
is available. We must all go camping for a couple of days occasionally, and Escambuit Campground in New Hampshire is precisely what you need. Scores of folks camp here to have a look at close by Lawrence Heritage State Park.
