This is such a gorgeous campground. Going for a hike on the Thorn Mountain Trail is always a brilliant adventure, and since you're here why not stop at Deep Gap. This camp ground is one of the glorious locations to camp here in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
So many local attractions and all the outdoors recreation are guaranteed to keep you coming back time and again.
All the water falling down from the sky makes Deep Gap Primitive Campground a wet place; March is the wettest month with most rain while October is typically the driest month.
