Bald Creek Campground is right by the Cove Mountain Trail, and a good site for whitewater paddling is Road Prong. Through the warm days of summer at Bald Creek Campground highs are frequently in the 80's. During the moonlight hours it's usually in the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's, and night lows during the winter for Bald Creek Campground tend to be in the 20's. This campground is so stunning.
