At this primitive campground you can get a more delightful wilderness experience than you would get at a more civilized campground. Getting to this primitive campground may be slightly demanding, but it's well worth it. This primitive campground is situated in a tremendously picturesque scene, and of course facilities are few in a primitive campground like this. So many cool things in the neighborhood of Appletree Campground, and it is a nice escape from

If you adore the outdoors, you won’t be disappointed; there's whitewater
 paddling, swimming, fishing, hiking, and playing golf, so you won’t get bored. The Great Smoky Mountains scenery is always striking. Finally, the time to go camping is here again, and Appletree Campground is a nice local campground if you happen to be in North Carolina.

  medium know-how. For your wellbeing you must always check conditions ahead of going whitewater kayaking and rafting. Skiing at Sky Valley is one of those things you just must do, and do take a hike on the Rufus Morgan Trail. You'll beyond doubt wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the exciting things in the Great Smoky Mountains. If you get bored of Appletree Campground, you could also explore nearby Nantahala Lake.
