Thompson Falls Campground, Bitterroot Range, Montana   This camp ground is situated in the pretty Bitterroot Range. Summertime at Thompson Falls Campground comes with high temperatures in the 80's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's generally in the 40's. During the winter highs are in the 30's; all through the dark hours in the winter at Thompson Falls Campground temperatures sink to the 10's. Good hiking is available along the Water Hill Trail, and don't leave without popping by Thompson Falls State Forest. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this place.
