Going for a hike along the Tally Mountain Billy Creek Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity; there are some great whitewater spots on Stillwater River. A spree to Tally Lake Campground wouldn’t be complete without a spree to nearby Lone Pine State Park, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Oettiker Creek Trail. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Sunday Creek, and there's whitewater on Flathead River - Middle Fork for all you thrill |

Lake Campground, and a pleasant place like Hill Meadow here at Tally Lake Campground is too magnificent to miss. At Tally Lake Campground throughout the warm days of summer highs are in the 80's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 40's. All through the wintertime the highs
are commonly in the 20's, and nighttime lows in the 10's for Tally Lake Campground. The Reid Divide Trail is a good hiking trail close to Tally Lake Campground; on a beautiful day you obtain a great vista of Tally Mountain from Tally Lake Campground. Tally Lake Campground is
pretty waterless typically; during the month of June you get the most rain around here, and the driest month is February. At this campground you will always have a magnificent time. At Tally Lake Campground you always meet someone from Olney, and if the weather is magnificent,
you can go for a hike along the Mountain Meadow Trail. There is so much enjoyable stuff close to Tally Lake Campground; it really is a pleasant campground. Some activities here at Tally Lake Campground are fishing, swimming, hiking, and whitewater paddling, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen. Some folks stay here in order to be close to Whitefish Lake State Park.
