Near South Campground you come across the Griffin Creek Trail which   is a good hiking trail; the great people of Stryker like to hang out close by. On a tremendous day at South Campground you can take a hike along the Elk Mountain National Recreation Trail, and obviously Summit Creek flows through this vicinity. This campground is so nice.
