South Campground, Montana   Ok, you've been cooped up too long, you need to get out, and South Campground is a perfect local campground if you happen to be in Montana. Summit Creek is one of the streams nearby that might be worth going to, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Grave Creek. South Campground is incredibly well prized by folks of Stryker. This is such a fun location for a campground. South Campground is right by the Elk Mountain National Recreation Trail, and float down the rapids of Sunday Creek in a kayak. For the period of the warm months, highs mostly are in     the 80's at South Campground, and through the night it cools down to the 40's. Through the winter highs are ordinarily in the 20's, and night lows at South Campground through the winter mostly plunge into the 10's. Take a hike on the Fort Steele Trail, and hiking along the Griffin Creek Trail is perfect fun. Not much rainfall falls here at South Campground; most of the rain falls during June while March is regularly the driest month. As if South Campground wasn't enough, you can also go whitewater paddling, and hiking, so you won’t run out of things to do. South Campground is to be found in a vicinity with lots of exciting things to do, and it definitely is a perfect campground. Such a good pick of attractions and the good variety of outdoors recreation are great causes to come. Montana is a perfect location for campers.   During your spree to South Campground you'll meet some people from Stryker for sure, and there are some fine whitewater spots on Stillwater River.
