There are great ski runs for everybody at Red Lodge Mountain. The 2,400-foot drop at nearby ski hill Red Lodge Mountain is great; it has 70   ski runs covered by 21 feet of snow per season, served by 8 lifts. The Lake Fork to Red Lodge sector has a mileage of 10 miles; you find this bit of whitewater on Rock Creek. It's a category II-IV bit. For kayak paddling this bit of Rock Creek is an exciting place.
