Everybody loves Wayfarers State Park, and on a delightful day you can take a hike along the Harris Ridge Trail. The Lewis Range scenery is always gorgeous. Bay Campground gets a common amount of annual rain; of all the months in a year November is the one with the most rain, and the driest month is July.
If you're here at Murray Bay Campground, do take a trip to Riverside Bay, and if the weather is splendid, you can go for
a hike along the Pioneer Ridge Trail. At this campground you will always have a tremendous time. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Flathead River - Middle Fork, and Yellow Bay State Park is a great place to go. Throughout the warm days
of summer here at Murray Bay Campground, high temperatures usually get into the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 50's. Throughout the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's while Murray Bay Campground night low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 10's.
