There is so much exciting stuff to do close to Mud Creek Campground, and to be at this campground is tremendous fun any time. Mud Creek Campground gets very little rain; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily June, that's the one that rains the most while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This is such a pretty campground. Don't leave Mud Creek Campground without first going for a hike along the Quartz Lake Trail, and lakes   are such calm spots, why not take a look at Miller Lake. Montana is a tremendous place for campers. Finally, the time to go camping is here again, and Mud Creek Campground in Montana is just the place. This is no place for people who don’t like to have fun. There are great spots to explore along the Numa Ridge Lookout Trail, and don’t forget to visit Round Prairie since you're here at Mud Creek Campground. At Mud Creek Campground during the warm days of summer highs are in the 80's; during summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. Through the winter highs are usually in the 20's; after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Mud Creek Campground fall into the 10's. Get covered with water paddling on Stillwater River, and Whitefish Lake State Park is a beautiful location any time of year.
