Throughout the wintertime highs are regularly in the 30's, and overnight lows throughout the winter for M-K Campground tend to be in the 10's. Be careful coming to the Absaroka Range, you might not ever wanna return home again. Hiking along the Beauty Lake Trail is tremendous fun, and Clarks Fork Yellowstone River is a wonderful whitewater spot close by. While you're here at M-K Campground, you could also have a look at charming Greenough Lake; you can run the rapids of Rock Creek. Montana is a good spot for outdoors people.
