    30% are black and red. Showdown is a delightful ski mountain with 640 acres of skiing area. 20 feet of snow fall annually on the 1,400-foot drop from top to bottom of Showdown, the nearby ski mountain. Showdown has 34 runs and 4 different
  ski lifts. Nearby there is a delightful 19-mile-in-distance class II-III whitewater stretch, the Sec 15 to Monarch segment of Belt Creek. This segment of Belt Creek is suggested for whitewater boaters of medium know-how. Always check restrictions prior to departure whitewater paddling in view of the fact that whitewater paddling is a treacherous activity.
