This is a great campground. Lewis and Clark National Forest is a pretty place any time of year, and the snow is delightful at Showdown. It is very dried up here at Logging Creek Campground mostly. May is the wettest month with most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Through the warm months here at Logging Creek Campground, high temperatures frequently get into the 80's.
