Places like Wayfarers State Park are delightful to stop at, and
if you don't mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Swan River.
Now, you may think that's heaps but there's even more cool stuff to do here at Emery Bay Campground. Don't leave Emery Bay Campground without first going for a hike along the Tongue Mountain
Trail, and Glacier National Park is a very pleasant spot to go to. If you come to this campground, you will have a great time for sure. Going for a hike on the Ousel Peak Trail is always a magnificent adventure, and a wonderful place for whitewater paddling is Flathead River -
Middle Fork. As if Emery Bay Campground wasn't sufficient, you can also go hiking, fishing, whitewater paddling, and swimming, so running out of exciting stuff to do won’t happen.
At Emery Bay Campground all through the summertime months highs are in the 80's. Once the sun
is down it drops down to the 50's. Through the winter the highs are generally in the 20's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Emery Bay Campground. Near Emery Bay Campground you locate the Jimmie Ridge Trail which is a great hiking trail. Lakes are glorious; Hungry Horse Lake is a lake that's next to Emery Bay Campground.
