| | So many local attractions and the nearby outdoors recreation will make you happy you came. If you like the outdoors, you won’t be dissatisfied; there's swimming, whitewater paddling, fishing, and hiking, so you won’t run out of things to do. So much enjoyable stuff in the Lewis Range, just extraordinary. While you're here at Eld Island Campground you can take a hike along the Grant Ridge Trail; Yellow Bay State Park is a perfect spot.

| is fairly chillier of course, generally in the 50's. High temperatures throughout the winter are normally in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Eld Island Campground. This campground has so much exciting stuff to offer. Hiking along the Felix Basin Trail is delightful fun, and there are plenty of people from Kalispell here at Eld Island Campground.

nature lovers.
Do pay a visit to Glacier National Park if you're here at Eld Island Campground, and Eld Island Campground is right by the Harris Ridge Trail.
Life's too short to enjoy all the exciting things in the Lewis Range. Going for a hike along the Pioneer Ridge Trail
will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood, and a fine place for whitewater paddling is Bear Creek. McInernie Creek is a brilliant place to go to, and a lake close by is Handkerchief Lake.
