Needless to say it can be demanding to get to a primitive campground such as this one, but it's worth the effort. Doris Point Campground is a primitive camp ground which obviously means that there are a small number of conveniences. Montana has so much to offer nature lovers. At Doris Point Campground fun stuff to do is       bountiful; when you're here you're always having a good time. The Lewis Range scenery is always gorgeous. Outdoors recreation is bountiful, some of the enjoyable stuff you can do is whitewater paddling, swimming, playing golf,   fishing, and hiking, so you won’t get bored. Doris Point Campground is a top choice with visitors from Martin City. Lots of people stay at this campground for the purpose of being near Glacier National Park. All the nice local attractions close at hand and the close by outdoors recreation are magnificent reasons to come. Near Doris Point Campground is a tremendous 6-mile-long part of whitewater on Flathead River - Middle Fork, a category II, this is       the West Glacier to Blankenship Bridge portion. The West Glacier to Blankenship Bridge portion of Flathead River - Middle Fork is recommended for novice raft paddlers. Unsurprisingly, raft paddling is exciting but risky; check current   conditions before heading out. Don't leave Doris Point Campground without visiting Yellow Bay State Park; nearby you discover the Alpine Trail which is a splendid hiking trail. Be careful coming to the Lewis Range, you might not ever wanna go home again.
