Cabin City Campground, Bitterroot Range, Montana

  This section of Montana is always a joy to explore during camping season. Throughout the warmest time of the year highs here at Cabin City Campground get into the 80's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 40's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's; overnight lows at Cabin City Campground through the winter typically sink into the 20's. you coming back persistently. Near Cabin City Campground you find the Storm Peak Trail which is a splendid hiking trail. This campground is so picturesque. There are good locations to look at along the Cedar Creek Stock Driveway; some close by water includes East Fork Twelvemile Creek. I don't want to stop, cause I'm havin' a fine time here at Cabin City Campground. Thompson Falls State Forest is a nice place to stop at on a pretty day, and Lookout Pass is a wonderful local ski area.
The delightful variety of local attractions and the nearby outdoors
 
recreation are sure to keep you coming back time and again. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Bitterroot Range. Going for a hike on the Thompson River Mount Headley Trail is always a good adventure; there are some great whitewater spots on St. Joe River.
Cabin City Campground is a campground quite frequently visited by the folks from Haugan. Get your camping stuff packed and get your wheels rolling; Cabin City Campground in Montana is just the place.
