You can never get enough of the wonderful skiing at Bridger Bowl; don't leave Blackmore Campground without first going for a hike along the Pole Gulch Trail. Gallatin River has a delightful whitewater paddling spot nearby, and no need to travel far to take a look at interesting stuff like Window Rock.

Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Blackmore Campground, and the overnight
 
is a little chillier of course, commonly in the 50's. During the winter the highs are typically in the 30's; through the dark hours in the wintertime at Blackmore Campground temperatures drop to the 10's.
Among the things you can do next to Blackmore Campground are whitewater paddling, hiking, swimming, and fishing, so there's no way to get bored. Looking for some flowing water? Try Blackmore Creek, and History Rock is a wonderful place to stop at while in the neighborhood. If you're going to Blackmore Campground from Bozeman, you won't be the only one, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Blackmore Campground; Rays Road is a tremendous local trail.
Good hiking is available along the Divide Trail; if you've had enough of Blackmore Campground, Blackmore Lake is close by. Blackmore Campground is generally a pretty dehydrated site; the month with most of the rain is May, and the driest month of the year is February.
