| have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Swan River, and the Alpine Trail is a wonderful hiking trail nearby. North Shore Harbor is a beautiful place near Bigfork Campground, and since you're here, do take a tour to Bigfork Harbor. There's more to do close to Bigfork Campground other than just hanging out such as hiking, fishing, playing golf, swimming, and whitewater paddling, so it's not possible to get bored. is time well spent, and whitewater paddling is great on Flathead River - Middle Fork. Go for a hike on the Noisy Creek Notch Trail, and Wayfarers State Park is a wonderful place any time of year. The nice local attractions and the close by outdoors recreation are pleasant incentives
to come. Montana is a splendid place for outdoors folks. This is such a fun place for a campground. There is a great hiking trail close to Bigfork Campground called the Doris Creek Trail, and places like Yellow Bay State Park are good to pop by. At Bigfork Campground through
the days of summer highs are in the 70's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 40's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's; overnight lows at Bigfork Campground all through the winter usually fall into the 10's.
Not much rain falls here at Bigfork Campground; of all the months in a year June is the one with the most rain; February on the other hand is the driest.
