Bitterroot Range. Ruben Gulch is a perfect site to stop at nearby; there's perfect hiking along the Tepee Ridge Trail. This campground is so good. The Josephine Creek Trail offers hiking at its best, and Cyr Peak is simple to spot from Big Pine Campground. Don't leave Big Pine Campground without first going for a hike along the State Line Trail. Frenchtown Pond State Park is both great and striking, and it's close to Big Pine Campground, and Big Pine Campground is right by the Granite Ridge Trail.
