The magnificent local attractions and such a magnificent variety of outdoors recreation are certain to keep you coming back many times. Summertime highs at Aspen Campground frequently tend to be in the 70's; throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. This campground is so delightful. Aspen Campground is right by the Driveway Trail, and Bannack State Park is both magnificent and picturesque. It's out of the question to get bored in Montana if you go for the outdoors. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Rhubarb Patch
Trail, and of course Thief Creek flows through this vicinity. From Aspen Campground you acquire a tremendous vista of Middle Mountain; nearby you come across Meyers Gulch which is a glorious site to stop at. Time to get out and breathe some fresh air, and Aspen Campground in Montana is a really good place to spend some time.
