| | Around Aspen Campground you don’t get a lot of rain; the month of June is the wettest with most of the rain, and February on the other hand is the driest. There's more to do next to Aspen Campground other than just hanging out such as hiking, whitewater paddling, swimming, and fishing, so it's impossible to get bored.
This is such a glorious campground. The Rhubarb Patch Trail is a brilliant hiking trail right next door to Aspen Campground, and not far from Aspen Campground you'll hit upon Bond Lake which is a lovely lake.

Aspen Campground is near Beaverhead Rock State Park which is a pretty place, and get your pulse rate up on the fine whitewater of Beaverhead.
This is such a delightful campground. Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Aspen Campground, and during the night it cools down to the 40's. High temperatures throughout the winter are normally in the 30's while Aspen Campground night low temperatures throughout the winter are in the 0's. a great planet it would be. Take a little spree to Thief Creek while you're here at Aspen Campground; close by you locate Meyers Gulch which is a brilliant place to take a look at.
Be careful coming to the Pioneer Mountains, you might not ever wanna go back home again. There
is a nice hiking trail close to Aspen Campground called the Driveway Trail, also Bond Lake Dam is worth taking a look at since you're here. That right there is a load of exciting stuff already but it goes on, the Pioneer Mountains has it all. On a good day at Aspen Campground you can take a hike along the Gold Creek Trail, and a magnificent site for whitewater paddling is Big Hole River.
