Summer brings highs in the 80's to Riverview Campground while nighttime lows are frequently in the 50's. All through the winter the highs are ordinarily in the 10's with temperatures at Riverview Campground dipping down into the-10's during winter nights.
Loads of people camp here for the purpose of being near Governor Knowles State Forest.

on St. Croix River is so much fun, and don't leave Riverview Campground without first going for a hike along the Minnesota-Wisconsin Boundary State Trail.
