Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 10's while Birch Campground nighttime low temperatures during the winter are in the-10's. Enjoy a round of golf at Gateway Golf Club not far from Birch Campground, and a beautiful lake like Cub Lake is a wonderful location   to visit. This is such a lovely campground. Places like Ottawa National Forest are perfect to stop at, and lots of folks from Land O Lakes come here. As if Birch Campground wasn't sufficient, you can also go swimming, hiking, fishing, whitewater paddling, and playing golf, so running out of enjoyable things to do won’t happen.
