Dixons Campground is not far at all from Cape Neddick; Vaughan Woods Memorial State Park is a glorious place to check out on a gorgeous day. No need to travel far to check out out of the ordinary stuff like York Cliffs. This campground is so pleasant. If you're here at Dixons Campground, do take a visit to Oarweed Cove, and paddling on Great Works River is so much fun.
