Iron Mountain Campground, Maryland

  There's absolutely no way to get bored in Maryland if you adore the outdoors. Iron Mountain Campground is incredibly popular with the folks of Spring Gap.
Cacapon State Park is a magnificent place, and get your pulse rate up on the good whitewater of Evitts Creek. Iron Mountain Campground gets a normal amount of rain; July is when you get the most rain here, and January is when it's the driest.
There's absolutely no way to run out of cool stuff to do next to Iron Mountain Campground; if you're seeking a glorious site to go for a weekend of camping,
    this is a great choice. This campground is always a diversion.
The good variety of local attractions and so many things to do are good incentives to come. All through the summertime at Iron Mountain Campground highs are frequently in the 80's with overnight lows in the 50's.
All through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's with temperatures at Iron Mountain Campground dipping down into the 10's through winter nights.
This is such a wonderful campground. The Old Mail Trail offers hiking at its best; a brilliant location for whitewater paddling is Wills Creek. There's some flowing water close by, Collier Run is a stream you can take a look at while here, and Jennings Run is a good whitewater spot nearby.
So much cool stuff to do at Iron Mountain Campground, so little time. Going for a hike along the Burnt
 
Mills Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area; lots of folks from Spring Gap come here. Have a tremendous hiking adventure along the Dickens Trail; hiking along the Gum Spring Trail is brilliant fun. You've been indoors for too long, and Iron Mountain Campground in Maryland is precisely the site.
Some of the things you can do here at Iron Mountain Campground are hiking, and whitewater paddling, so you won’t run out of things to do. Nearby Moores Hollow is a great site to go if you're at Iron Mountain Campground; Iron Mountain Campground is right by the Wigfield Trail.
