Sawyer Campground ordinarily gets a great deal of rain; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain while October is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Yeah, come here to Sawyer Campground for a fine time. Have a perfect hiking adventure along the Ned Branch Trail, and don't leave without popping by Cumberland Falls State Park. |

A glorious site like General Burnside Island State Park in the vicinity of Sawyer Campground is too delightful to leave out, and the Lakeside South Trail offers hiking at its best. River. Throughout the warm months at Sawyer Campground temperatures are frequently in the 80's. Summer overnight lows descend down to the 60's. For the duration of the winter highs are generally in the 40's, and nighttime lows in the 20's for Sawyer Campground. Near Sawyer
