Get covered with water paddling on Laurel River, and there's magnificent hiking along the Nathan McClure Trail. Rockcastle Campground gets a good deal of water; during the month of May you get the most rain around here, and the driest month is October. This campground is so pleasant. Mountains. All through the warm months highs here at Rockcastle Campground get into the 80's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's; nighttime lows at Rockcastle Campground during the winter ordinarily plunge

Rockcastle Campground is a very popular campground among the people in Parkers Lake.
