| | Little Lick Campground is a very well liked campground by residents of Parkers Lake. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this location. Take a side tour to Jack Branch, and lots of people from Parkers Lake come here. And that's not everything there is to do here in the Cumberland Plateau Mountains. Hiking along the Lakeside South Trail is pleasant fun; there are some nice whitewater spots on Bark Camp Creek. in Kentucky. Little Lick Campground is to be found in an area with a lot of cool stuff to do, and it is a very brilliant campground. Little Lick Campground is right by the Nathan McClure Trail, and Big South Fork National River & Recreation Area is a tremendous national park.

Cumberland Falls State Park. The warmest time of the year at Little Lick Campground arrives with high temperatures in the 80's with nighttime lows in the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's with temperatures at Little Lick Campground dipping down into the 20's
throughout winter nights. The Peter Branch Trail offers hiking at its best, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Cumberland River. This campground is always a bliss. A great spot like General Burnside Island State Park next to Little Lick Campground is too great to leave out,
and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Laurel River. Just can't get enough of the Cumberland Plateau Mountains. If the weather is perfect here at Little Lick Campground, you can go for a hike along the Twin Branch Trail; Little Lick
Campground is not the only spot nearby, Laurel River Lake is a nearby lake. All the water falling down from the sky makes Little Lick Campground a wet location; May is the wettest month with most rain; October meanwhile is the driest month.
