Jack Branch is next to Little Lick Campground and is always a diversion to take a look at, and there is a delightful hiking trail close by called the Nathan McClure Trail. This is truly a good campground. All our national parks are magnificent locations to visit, and Big South Fork National River & Recreation Area is no exception.
If you're going to Little Lick Campground from Parkers Lake, you won't be the only one, and whitewater paddling is splendid on Cumberland River. The great variety of local attractions and all the outdoors recreation are great reasons to come.
And that's not all you can do here at Little Lick Campground. Going for a hike on the Lakeside South Trail is always a perfect adventure, and get soaked paddling on Bark Camp Creek. This campground is so stunning. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Laurel River, and on a nice day you can take a hike along the Peter Branch Trail.
