Don't leave Bee Rock Campground without first going for a hike along the Winding Stain Gap Trail, and there's whitewater on Bark Camp Creek for all you adrenaline junkies. Some activities here at Bee Rock Campground are hiking, and whitewater paddling, so you won’t get bored.

Coming to this campground is always a good idea. The Narrows is a tremendous place to spend some time at, and there are fine places to explore along the Rockcastle Narrows Trail. A lot of people stay at this campground to be near Cumberland Falls State Park.
Now, you may believe that's plenty but there's even more exciting stuff to do here at Bee Rock Campground. There are some great whitewater spots on Rockcastle River, and there is a good hiking trail close by called the Bee Rock Trail. All the perfect local attractions around here and all the outdoors recreation are good reasons to come. Bee Rock Campground is a perfect camp ground to use as a base while enjoying the Cumberland Plateau Mountains.
Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Laurel River. This campground is a good place to visit. A journey to General Burnside Island State Park invigorates the spirit; let's not forget Cane Creek which is a stream that you may come across during your stay. Bee Rock Campground is a wet site that gets a large amount of precipitation; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain while October is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
