Loads of folks opt for Waldron Campground when they come to go to Farragut State Park. From a precipitation point of view Waldron Campground is a quite common site;
all through the month of December you get the most snow around here, and July on the other hand is the driest. There's great hiking along the Upper Declaration Trail; the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Schweitzer.
