70's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 30's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's, and overnight lows at Twin Bridges Campground through the wintertime commonly drop into the 0's. So much cool stuff to do here in the Salmon River Mountains, too magnificent
to be true. Hiking along the Caton Lake Trail is pleasant fun. Payette National Forest is both perfect and beautiful, and it's right next door to Twin Bridges Campground, and Twin Bridges Campground is right by the Burnt Log Trail. From a precipitation point of view Twin Bridges Campground is a relatively normal site; January is when you get the most snow here; July meanwhile is the driest month.
