Skeleton Campground, Sawtooth Range, Idaho

  Whohoo, so many exciting things in one place! The Sawtooth Range rocks! If you come at the right time of year, Salmon River offers some great whitewater, and Weeks Gulch is a wonderful spot to spend some time. Camping out definitely is a great thing to do; Skeleton Campground in Idaho is a good spot to go. Skeleton Campground gets very little rainfall; the month of December is the wettest with most of the snow; August on the other hand is the driest.
Through the summertime months, highs frequently are in the 80's at Skeleton Campground. Once the
    sun is down it drops down to the 40's. All through the winter highs are typically in the 20's; nighttime lows during the wintertime for Skeleton Campground tend to be in the 0's.
Skeleton Campground is one of the sites to camp here in the Sawtooth Range. Jumbo Mountain can
be made out from Skeleton Campground, and if the weather is brilliant, you can go for a hike along the Bremner Trail. Sawtooth National Forest is worth a visit if you're at Skeleton Campground, and on a good day you can take a hike along the Yuba River Trail.
And that's not all you can do here at Skeleton Campground. There's some flowing water close by, Skeleton Creek is a stream you can pop by during your stay, and going for a hike on the Hot Springs Creek Trail is always a good adventure. At this campground you will always have a perfect time. Very
 
charming scenery and glorious skiing is what you get at Soldier Mountain Ski Resort, and there is a perfect hiking trail nearby called the Sheep Drive Trail.
All the great local attractions nearby and the great variety of outdoors recreation are guaranteed to keep you coming back again and again. If you love the outdoors, you won’t be saddened; there's whitewater paddling, and hiking, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen. Outdoors people generally go for this part of Idaho.
A lot of people stay at this campground to be right next door to Sawtooth National Forest. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors enjoyable stuff the Sawtooth Range has to offer. A tour to Skeleton Campground wouldn’t be complete without a trip to close by Malad Gorge State Park. Quite a lot of cool stuff to do next to Skeleton Campground; you always have a good time when you're here.
