| | Some people opt for this campground for the purpose of being in the neighborhood of Farragut State Park. This is such a good campground. A striking lake like Granite Lake near Scott Campground is a good place to have a look at; the snow is fine at Schweitzer. At Scott Campground amusing stuff to do is plentiful, and if you're searching for a glorious spot to go camping for a couple of days, this is a delightful choice. Good hiking is available along the Caribou Ridge National Recreation Trail; paddling on Pack River is so much fun.

Campground without stopping by Farragut State Park, and glide down the rapids of Coeur d'Alene River - Little North Fork in a kayak. Among the things you can do close to Scott Campground are fishing, whitewater paddling, swimming, and hiking, so probably you want to stick around

A trip to Scott Campground wouldn’t be complete without a journey to nearby Round Lake State Park; going for a hike on the English Point National Recreation Trail is always a glorious adventure. There are wonderful places to look at along the Green Mountain Trail, and there are plenty of folks from Bayview here.

Scott Campground without first going for a hike along the Upper Declaration Trail.
Such a brilliant choice of attractions and so much stuff to do will make you glad you came. Scott Campground gets a normal amount of yearly rainfall; December is the wettest month with most snow, and July meanwhile is the driest month.
