Mountains. The yearly rainfall here at Red River Campground is about average; January is the wettest month with most snow, and the driest month is July. Yep, outdoors fun things to do are truly bountiful here at Red River Campground. You can run the rapids of Salmon River near Red River Campground; going for a hike on the Nez Perce Trail is always a delightful adventure.
