This is a delightful campground. Going for a hike on the North Fork Trail is always a delightful adventure, and the fine folks of Clark Fork like to hang out close by. Around Porcupine Lake Campground you don’t get a lot of rain; the month with most of the rain is November; July is when it's the driest.
Summer brings highs in the 80's to Porcupine Lake Campground. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 40's. Throughout the winter highs are typically in the 30's, and through the dark hours in the winter at Porcupine Lake Campground temperatures dip to the 20's.
