Porcupine Campground, Wasatch Range, Idaho

  This campground is a great site to visit. Get drenched paddling on Bear River, and why not head up to Beaver Mountain and strap some skis to your feet. You might want to pay a visit to Porcupine Hollow while you're here at Porcupine Campground; you can have a good hiking adventure along the Bloomington Lake Trail. If you have a thing about the outdoors, you won’t be dissatisfied; there's swimming, hiking, fishing, and whitewater paddling, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen.
Many people select this campground for the purpose of
    being in the neighborhood of Bear Lake State Park. Porcupine Campground is a popular spot with people from Fish Haven.
So many cool things to do here in the Wasatch Range, too glorious to be true. Porcupine Campground is not far at all from Fish Haven; do take a hike on the
Midland Trail. Through the warmest time of the year here at Porcupine Campground, high temperatures regularly reach the 80's while nighttime lows are generally in the 40's. For the duration of the wintertime highs are typically in the 30's, and after the sun is down all through the wintertime temperatures at Porcupine Campground plunge into the 10's.
This camp ground is to be found in the picturesque Wasatch Range. A lake close by is Bloomington Lake, and why not stop at nearby South Fork Saint Charles Creek while you're here at Porcupine Campground.

Coming to this campground is always a great idea. While you're here at Porcupine Campground you can take a hike along the High Line Trail, and on a great day you can take a hike along the Limber Pine Trail. Not much precipitation falls here at Porcupine Campground; June is when you get the most rain here, and July is when it's the driest. Just can't get enough of Porcupine Campground. Bear Lake State Park is worth stopping at if you're at Porcupine Campground, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Blacksmith Fork.
