Point Campground, Sawtooth Range, Idaho   Point Campground is ordinarily a reasonably dehydrated location; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most snow, and the driest month of the year is July. There is so much cool stuff to do next to Point Campground, and it is a fun place for the whole family. So much amusing stuff to do here at Point Campground, too delightful to be true. Challis National Forest is both fine and pretty, and it's right next door to Point Campground. A lot of folks choose Point Campground for the purpose of being next to Challis National Forest.     Soldier Mountain Ski Resort is a very popular ski area around here, and the Bull Moose Trail offers hiking at its best. Yep, outdoors entertaining stuff truly is bountiful here in the Sawtooth Range. Whitewater paddling is great on Salmon River, and Point Campground is right by the Yellow Belly Trail. Summer brings highs in the 70's to Point Campground. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 30's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's with temperatures at Point Campground dipping down into the-10's during winter nights. So many local attractions and the great variety of outdoors recreation will make you pleased you came. Idaho has loads of outdoors activities. If you get bored of Point Campground, you could also stop at nearby Saddleback Lakes; Point Campground is in close proximity to Sawtooth   National Forest which is a pretty site. Point Campground is one of the places to camp here in the Sawtooth Range. This campground is so great. Some of the water nearby flows, like Fishhook Creek; get soaked paddling on Salmon River.
