get out of the house, and Papoose Campground in Idaho is such a brilliant spot. This is such a fun place for a campground. Brundage Mountain is a pleasant local ski area; you can have a nice hiking adventure along the Heavens Gate Trail. Idaho is a brilliant spot for outdoors folks.
All year is a great time in the Wallowa Mountains if you have a thing about the outdoors. A good site for whitewater paddling right next door to Papoose Campground is Little Salmon River, and there is a good hiking trail nearby called the Deep Creek Trail. Papoose Campground is
a very popular campground with people of Riggins. Papoose Campground gets very little rainfall; the wettest month of the year is generally May, that's the one that rains the most, and July meanwhile is the driest month.
