There's so much to do at North Cove Campground including fishing, whitewater paddling, swimming, hiking, and playing golf, so probably you want to stay a bit. There's a great 23-mile-in-length grade II-III whitewater run on Priest River nearby, the Upper Priest River to Priest River Town section. If you possess a little bit of whitewater | |

is nice fun, and hey, Kalispell Creek is a tremendous local stream. Take a hike on the Hanna Flast Nature Trail, and you can hit the slopes at Schweitzer nearby. This campground is so glorious. Priest Lake State Park is a good place to go if you're at North Cove Campground, and if you're a golfer then a glorious close by course is Ranch Club Golf Course & Pizza House.
