The Nelson Peak Trail offers hiking at its best; skiing at Lookout Pass is one of those things you just have
 
to do. Going for a hike along the Wonderful Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region; there are some good whitewater spots on St. Joe River - Skookum Canyon. Time to get out and breathe some fresh air, you need to get out of the house, and Mammouth Springs Campground in Idaho is just the spot.
A normal amount of rainfall falls here at Mammouth Springs Campground; the month with most of the snow is January while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. There's more to do near Mammouth Springs Campground other than just hanging out such as whitewater paddling, and hiking, so you won’t run out of things to do.
